Solution to 1: Play Time

Following these footprints and taking each letter that it stops at in order, the cipher key is "AGENTHOPS". Using a Playfair cipher with this key to decipher the magic word "VOGABROFD", the plaintext is "WHATSUPDOC", which is a reference to the cartoon character Bugs Bunny.
