Solution to 1: Help!
This puzzle has a different structure from the rest of the puzzles in this year's Quest. Since there aren't many clues on the page to go off and it hints that you should be looking into something "nefarious", the first step is to look at the source code of the page (which you normally shouldn't need to be doing). In the source code, there are three bears drawn out in the comments, alluding to Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Typing "goldilocks" into the answer bar returns a message: "Not quite, find me at home".
In order to find goldilocks at home, you need to append "goldilocks" to the url (address). From this page, the text hints that there is something that can't be seen. There is a hidden image that blends in with the background which can be found by highlighting the entire page, by looking at the source code, or by any other clever tricks.
The next step is to download the hidden background image and open it in a text editor. At the end of the text, it says "SECRETBAKERY". Following the previous method for goldilocks, you need to append "secretbakery" to the end of the url to reach this page.
On this final page, there is a story about cookies and the secret recipe. Looking at your browser cookies, there is one from quest.skule.ca with the name "secretrecipe" and the value "llamatears", which is the answer.
LLAMATEARS
