4: Room Escape
Joe pulls a knife out of his pocket and effortlessly cuts through all the ropes. "Oh, I guess that works too," you say.
Bob thanks the two of you and sighs. "Look, I know I shouldn't have done it. I just wanted to do something so people would notice me for once. I was a nobody at Ryerloo. I thought things would be different here, but no one even knows that I exist." He sighs again. "But then I heard from Herrington. He told me about his plan and said that he wanted me, of all people, to help him carry it out. He said we would be famous if we pulled it off. But now even he thinks I'm a loser!"
"He was just using you, Bob," you tell him. "Wait - who is Chief Herrington, anyway?"
"I don't know. He didn't want me to know. Whenever we met, he was always wearing a cloak that covered his face."
"Let's find out who he is, then," you say, "and threaten to expose his identity to all of Skule if he doesn't return the Cannon immediately. But first, let's get out of this room."
