You see your friend Steve sitting in a room on the 4th floor of SF, bent over a circuit board. "Hey Steve, what are you working on?" you ask.
Steve sighs. "I tried to stick an amplifier on my robot to make it move faster, but instead I destroyed the H bridge," he says, pointing to a massive IC that looks nothing like an H bridge.
