Solution to 3: Gerald Larkin Building

"S.F.B.M." stands for Samuel Finley Breese Morse, the inventor of Morse code. Proverbs 18:8 says something about morsels, but that ended up being far too vague of a hint.

The dots are the black notes, and the dashes are the white notes. Letters are separated by rests. There are two words in every eight bars, one on the top and one on the bottom. Starting from the top left, there are three notes in a row (black-white-black), followed by a rest: this is the letter R. Then, there is a single black note, followed by a rest: this is E. Continuing in this manner, you get the following words: revolver, pistol, carbine, rifle, water, and legs.

Revolver, pistol, carbine, and rifle are all examples of firearms - which is, in a sense, the opposite of "water legs".
