Solution to #5: The Silence of War

    The title, as well as the first part of the quote at the top point to sign language. Labelling the fingers on one’s hand (such that thumb=1, index=2, etc), the "First Testimony" results in:
                                    Isa    54    10
                                    Ps    34    14
    The "Second Testimony" results in:
                                    Jn    14    27
                                    Rom    14    17
    The fact that the second part of the quote talks about God is a hint towards the Bible. The "first" and "second" testimony help hint towards that a little, as well, since they point to the old and new testaments.
    All of the indicated Bible verses have one thing in common: the word "peace", which is the answer to this puzzle.
