Solution to #M: Act 3 Meta

    Each puzzle in this Act reveals one of 6 pieces of a decoder ring when it is solved. The message on Horatio's computer should be interpreted as sets of steps and a direction, where C = clockwise and CC = counterclockwise. Decoding the message with these instructions and the decoder ring provides the answer: "wrought iron band".
    Entering the answer will reveal a larger piece of text which should lead one to contact the current EngSoc President to inquire about Haultain's treasure.
    When contacted, the President would tell the questers that the treasure is friendship, and that they should email Horatio to stop his malicious pursuit of this treasure and focus on the camaraderie of engineering.
