Solution to #3: The Skulebook Photo

    Each person named in the picture was a once skulebook editor. The first step is finding the person's yearbook. If the person was an editor of multiple books, this is indicated by "first"/"second"/"only". Next, one should find the page number indicated in the brackets, and take the first letter on that page (as hinted to in the poem). Organize the 6 resulting letters according to the year of the yearbook. It will spell the word "Engsoc", which is the answer.
