Solution to #6: Destination

The numbers printed in the maze and the fact that the maze has 100 cells suggest that the correct way to traverse it is by passing through each cell only once and connecting the two dots. To do this, two good strategies are finding corners and alleys (places where only two exits from a cell are valid) or, in some situations, examining an empty, contested cell and determining which combinations of exits create invalid paths (e.g. loops).
The maze has a unique solution but does not provide any new information by itself. The poem looks like a difficult cipher on its own but the strikethrough draws attention to the fact that, if not for that last word, it would have 100 words. If you traverse the maze along the path you have drawn, colouring cells according to each word of the poem, you will spell the answer: "tusci".
