Am I no good?

AMD, BMO, IBM, RIM... As you go through the job listings, you find a company you'd like to work for, but the criteria is the most bizarre you've ever seen.

Introduction:
There is a 3-letter code that is the basis of all life. They form the building blocks for the smallest creatures to humans. And no, this is not about DNA, merely related.

Criteria:

• Professional appearance is required.
• Arguing will not be tolerated.
• 0 tolerance for rudeness.
• Cystic behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Thrift is encouraged.
• Gluttony will not be accepted.
• Arguing, however may be tolerated in certain cases.

A few days later, the job has been taken & the following was posted, the response that got the job offer:

Why I deserve this position:

• Ugly, I am not.
• A lady such as I would not argue, unless absolutely required.
• Methodical am I in etiquette.
• Be free of cysts is my motto.
• Leukocytes keep me healthy and also save me money.
• Gluttony is the biggest sin to me, I would not indulge in it.

How bizarre. You think to yourself "Am I no good?". But wait, that thought is the key!
